Wholesale Trade

Our typical minimum opening order is six to seven items, depending on the product. We accept all major credit cards; please note that new wholesale orders paid by credit card will include a 3% convenience fee.

We’re also happy to accept checks, direct bank deposits, or small business Zelle transfers. If you prefer one of these methods, just reach out and we’ll provide the necessary details — including routing numbers or a direct payment request if needed. Feel free to contact us anytime with questions or for assistance.

Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for the delivery of items in stock. Turnaround time varies depending on availability and volume. For items requiring new production, our turnaround time is approximately 12 weeks. Shipping confirmation will be sent via email and requires acknowledgment before any items are shipped. All products are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are in addition to the item costs.

International orders will be calculated based on weight and the requested shipping method. Taxes and customs fees may apply at the time of delivery. PilgrimWaters is not responsible for these charges or any carrier delays.

Since our scarf and throw products are individually printed on natural fibers, there may be slight variations in color and texture. These are not considered flaws or defects but rather an integral characteristic of natural fibers that are hand-woven and dyed.

Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by phone or email within one week of delivery. All other merchandise must be returned unopened and unused in its original packaging. A refund will be issued once we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refunded. No cancellations will be permitted without PilgrimWaters' approval. A cancellation request will be examined on its own merits and must be made in writing. We do not buy back wholesale orders.

We do not share or sell your information to any third parties. Information collected is solely for our contact purposes.

All PilgrimWaters designs and prints are copyright-protected. The purchase of any PilgrimWaters product does not grant the purchaser license or rights to use the designs themselves or any derivative uses without prior approval from PilgrimWaters. Images on the website and in the catalogue are owned by PilgrimWaters. Copying, downloading, and/or distributing images is not permitted without written approval.
