Returns

All returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Scarves — in particular, our merino and cashmere scarves — can easily be mishandled and inadvertently damaged once opened and used. Change of mind or mistaken purchases are not valid reasons for a refund. Any exchange must be discussed with us and is dependent on stock availability. An 8% restocking fee will be charged. All return shipping costs, as well as packing to prevent shipping damage, are the purchaser's responsibility.

Trays are large items and require additional packing to prevent damage. Merchandise defects will be replaced at our expense, and authorization must be obtained before replacement. Anything damaged in shipping from us will, of course, be replaced. Please contact us so that we may initiate a USPS claim.

We appreciate your understanding — unlike big-box retailers, we are a small, independent maker, and every return has a real impact on our business. Our policies allow us to continue crafting the quality products you love.
