Our cashmere, woven in Nepal by master artisans and handprinted with original designs by Susy Pilgrim Waters. Each scarf is made in small batches, which means the colour and character of every piece carry the mark of that particular printing run. No two are identical. The weave is a flat basket — pliable, lightweight, and genuinely warm without bulk. The kind of scarf you reach for every day and keep for years.

Cashmere comes from the soft undercoat of cashmere goats — a fiber so fine it has to be combed by hand, once a year, in small quantities. A single goat yields only a few ounces of usable fiber per season. That scarcity alone sets it apart.
But what makes cashmere truly irreplaceable is how it feels against the skin. The fibers are extraordinarily fine — finer than the finest merino — which means no scratch, no itch, just a quiet warmth that settles around you. It insulates without weight. It breathes without thinning. Worn next to the skin, it simply disappears — in the best possible way.
Our cashmere scarves are woven in Nepal from pure cashmere yarn, then handprinted with original artwork by Susy Pilgrim Waters. The result is something that earns its place in a wardrobe not just for a season, but for years.

| ARTISAN CRAFT: | Hand screen printed in small batches in Nepal featuring Susy's original artwork. |
| PRINT: | Each scarf is a single large-placement print — Susy's large-scale artwork spans the full cloth as one composed image. This is rare in printed textiles, where repeat patterns are the norm. Here, the design is treated like a painting: considered, intentional, and made to be worn whole. See Susy's portfolio → |
| WEAVE: | Woven by master weavers in Kathmandu using traditional techniques and premium cashmere yarn. |
| WASHING: | Hand wash cold or dry clean. Do not machine wash or wring. |
| DRYING: | Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or hang — cashmere can stretch when wet. |
| IRONING: | Steam gently or press on low heat with a pressing cloth. |
| STORAGE: | Fold and store in a breathable bag. Use cedar to deter moths. Avoid direct sunlight. |
| PILLING: | Light pilling is natural with cashmere. Remove gently. |
