Shipping
All in-stock items ship within 1-5 business. Domestic orders ship via USPS. A delivery confirmation tracking number is provided but does not include insurance unless requested. Occasionally we offer free shipping for combined orders over a defined amount. This is at our discretion and changes though out the year. PilgrimWaters is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
International shipping
We do ship internationally, however the details must be discussed with us in advance. Taxes and custom fees may apply at the time of delivery. PilgrimWaters is not responsible for these charges.
Large items
Trays are very carefully packed within a 34" x 24" x 6" box weighing approximately 11 lbs. A stand tray combination has a total weight of approximately 21 lbs. As a result the shipping costs are higher than our other products.
