Our minimum opening order is typically six or seven items depending on the product. We accept all major credit cards. As of Jan 1st 2017 new wholesale orders, paid with a credit card, will have a 2% convenience fee added. Checks are acceptable, as are direct banking deposits. Please contact us for routing numbers and bank details.
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery for items in stock. Turn around time varies depending on availability and volume. For items requiring new production our turn around time is approximately 12 weeks. Shipping confirmation will be sent via email and require acknowledgment before any items are shipped. All products are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are in addition to the item costs.
International orders will be calculated based on weight and the requested shipping method. Taxes and custom fees may apply at the time of delivery. PilgrimWaters is not responsible for these charges or any carrier delays.
DYE LOT AND OTHER VARIATIONS
Since PilgrimWaters scarf and throw products are individually printed on natural fibers, there maybe slight variations in color and texture. These are not considered flaws or defects but rather an integral characteristic of natural fibers that are hand woven and dyed.
Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by phone, or email within one week of delivery. All other merchandise must be returned unopened and unused in it's original packaging. A refund will be issues once we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refunded. No cancellations will be permitted without PilgrimWaters approval. A cancellation request will be examined on it's own merits and must be made in writing. We do not buy back wholesale orders.
