PilgrimWaters mission statement

PilgrimWaters was founded on a simple belief: that beautiful, functional objects should be made with care — for the people who make them, and for the world they come from.

Our mission:

  • Create functional, heirloom-quality products — made to last, not to be replaced.
  • Tread gently on the earth, choosing materials and makers with environmental care.
  • Be transparent about how our products are made — by real people, in small studios, with family and friends.
  • Support the makers we work with, wherever they are in the world.

How:

Our trays and woodwork are handcrafted in small batches in our Gloucester, MA studio by Keith. Our scarves and textiles are hand-woven and printed in collaboration with artisans in Nepal. Our tea towels are screen-printed in small runs in Rhode Island. Nothing we make is mass-produced. Every piece carries the hands that made it.

There is only one earth. We intend to tread lightly on it.
